Taylor Farms Sweet Kale Mini Chopped Salad Kit, Fresh

Many of us struggle to eat nutritious meals, but Taylor Farms has made it a lot easier. This chopped kale salad is outstanding. The cabbage, broccoli, kale, cranberries and pumpkin seeds create very tasty salad. The poppy seed dressing is exceptional and really creates a more gourmet quality dish. The combination of crunchy and savory vegetables are enjoyable. I particularly like the sweet and tart taste of the cranberries in this mix. With the vegetables being chopped up, it is so easy to eat them all at once, even if not your favorite. Side note-- my dog likes this mix (no dressing). I was blown away when she begged for some of mine and I put it down for her....she ate it. Vet said it was fine., but we don't over do it. This is a quick and impressive side dish ready to pour out of the bag and eat. The cost is not a great as I'd like but it is very good and extremely healthy. You'd pay $13-14 for this as an entree in a restaurant. The pumpkin seeds add protein so it is a whole and clean meal. It doesn't stay fresh as long as I'd like once opened, but there are varied sizes to address that. You will enjoy this one!
