Crushed hats

The material is like cardboard lined with felt, but well, the price justifies it. What I really disliked was the condition it arrived in, because it came in a plastic bag completely crushed, practically flat. Since the material is essentially cardboard, I couldn't get it back to its original hat shape. There were many deep creases everywhere, and some areas remained visibly flattened. It arrived in unusable condition. It didn't look like a hat at all. If I have received products in boxes within larger boxes many times, why didn't they ship something that can be easily crushed inside a box? I bought 2 hats, but $14 isn't worth the effort of returning them.
