This product was misrepresented from the photo all the way through the description and specs. Photo represents 2 zipper hip pockets as well as 1 back pocket. It Has no back pocket at all %26 No Zippers on front pocket as shown. Photo also represents a product identical to a 3/4 jogger I order regularly from another supplier. The only reason I tried to order this item from Wal Mart was my regular supplier was out of my sizes and colors and I needed them before I leave the country for the summer. The product also lists it is cotton and the item that arrived is a nylon/ polyester type fabric. However there is no way to know the real percentage make up of fabric as this product has no law label tag in it with any descriptions. No Law label at all. Pockets have no zippers. Bottom cuff is not a channeled banded cuff to secure below knee. Just a cuff made from the same nylon material as the short. Despite the fact Wal Mart represented this product on the Wal Mart website, collected my money as well as a hefty 6.00 per short shipping fee which made shipping per short only 1 dollar less than the short I was only given a refund for the 10 Shorts and not the shipping. This is unacceptable as I brought all documents showing incorrect photos and description pages showing all deceptions in trade violations only to be told that these were sold by Wal Mart through a 3rd party vendor. Where is the responsibility and ethics with Wal Mart to sink below accepting responsibility for the vendors they choose to make profit and do business with.
