The reason I gave it a 5 star is the price. Walmart does not offer a 100yd or 300ft and 6 in tulle at a better price. It's thin but I like it this way because it makes for more flexibility. When arranged it keeps enough stiffness for decorations. I am actually not using it for decorations but for adult diapers to have space between the cotton that absorbs water and the fleece that touches the skin so that it gives enough breathable space for the fleece to dry faster and avoid diaper rashes. I wish many charitable people who love to make mattress for the homeless out of recycled bags would consider making adult diapers for the homeless of any age. Since many of them never reach a bathroom for weeks. And homeless women with their menstrual cycle need this. I recognize they have no place to wash this and it's basically a one time use. I'm so sadden that the richest country in the world would have homelessness so abandoned and many other Americans. Yet, they extend unemployment checks but won't even provide for those who need it more who die of starvation and dehydration in the streets. I also see that 90% of the homeless are mentally ill either before they became homeless or during and that is a breach of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 that our own federal government is breaching. It is not facilitating for the mentally ill that are on the streets instead they are ignoring them hoping they will die away or be hit by a car or murdered, etc. The least in our society is so mistreated, obviously there is nothing christian about our society. I'm too poor and been unemployed for over a decade and I'm not the one on the name of this walmart account I borrow his account to buy. No one sends me a check to feed me and make sure I have shelter or health care. No one cares. I don't qualify for medicaid or welfare even though I haven't earned any money in about 15 years. I live off other people and their kindness until they grow too old and die and I am left like the homeless.
