I bought this for my 3 yr old for her birthday - she is obsessed with it! We let her ride it in the house at first in order to get used to it. Then took her to the park. It can run for about an hour before needing to be recharged again. It goes just the right speed I can keep up with her while she is riding it. She loves the color! Be aware it will ship in 2 parts. One was the main car, and the other box is the battery.
