Horrible insole

The shock absorbing insole is the worst. The shoe liner has a bubble on the heel, at first I thought changing the insole would fix it, but there is a round thing under the heel that is part of the shoe. So if you are standing you feel this impression digging into your heel. Right in the center. My heel got numb from it. Its like my entire body weight was on my heel! The rest of the shoe is great. But I will be gutting the boot to remove the "shock absorber"
