PERFECT PRODUCT!!!! Do read the instructions so you understand how to use reversed. ( You pull up on the buckle, then turn. Think like what you do with a pharmacy child-proof drug cap—- except those you push down and turn.) S/M —> for waist sizes under 26”. At 26”'waist, I am on second row of holes. Barely enough to grab and tuck in the metal part. Best fit for 22-23” waist.
