Helpful to prevent blister at the heel

I like these pads for my new shoes. They provide just enough padding to prevent blisters which I was getting. I just rolled of the back and placed into the heel area. Seems like there was enough stickiness to pull it off and reposition it where I needed it and it stayed in place.
