PITIFUL...THIS WAS A BLACK PIECE OF TRASH

I bought this for my sister and when she came over to try it on she put it over her head and put one arm in AND IT LOCKED ON HER ELBOW AND WOULDN'T MOVE. WE TRIED TO PULL IT OVER HER HEAD AND TO TRY TO RELEASE IT. IT WOULD NOT BUDGE. I HAD TO CUT IT OFF OF HER. THIS WAS THE WORST PRODUCT I HAVE EVER SEEN. IT WAS PITIFUL. I THREW IT IN THE TRASH. THE OTHER ARM WAS STITCHED THE SAME WAY WITH THE REST OF THE DRESS JUST A BIG BAG. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN. IT TOOK FOREVER TO GET HERE AND I SAW IT CAME FROM VIETNAM. IT WASN'T EVEN WORTH MY TIME TO RETURN THE TORN AND CUT UP PRODUCT.
