So, far the computer seems to be operating well, I would recommend changing the Mouse out to a Bluetooth one, because the one provided is wireless with USB and dedicating one of the two USB ports just for the mouse is not ideal. Also, it doesn't have a scrolling feature. So, I recommend switching to a Bluetooth wireless one to free up the USB port. Secondly, Office 365 for the first month is free then if you want to keep it you have to purchase it. So, if you don't, want to use Microsoft Office 365 and would rather use an earlier Office product keep in mind there is no CD drive on the laptop, so you will either need to download an electronic version of Office or connect via USB an external cd drive to load Office from a disc.

Great laptop for simple tasks at a low price.

Have been very impressed by this laptop! It is fast, the display is awesome and its very user friendly. The only "cons" I have thus far is that it doesn't have an ethernet port...runs solely on wifi, which is ok if you have wifi. But if you don't have wifi, there is a simple solution; purchase an ethernet to usb-c adapter and you're good to go. {these can be purchased online cheap, $10 or so, on Ebay or many other sites) The other "con" I have, is that even though the laptop has an awesome sound, the volume is not quite as high as I would like, even when it is maxed out. All in all, if you use a laptop the way I do, to browse, check emails, etc., you will love it because it fits the bill.

terrible, defective times TWO purchases!

totally defective times two! I got one for myself and the mouse didn't work at all. too small and issue to go through the hassle of the return so I just kept it. then I got one for my parents and the whole laptop didn't work the screen flickered on and off all the time so now I'm replacing that too. I strongly recommend if you value yourself and respect yourself and your time or your loved ones do not buy this product
