But this case is up for the challenge of protecting my new phone. I avoided getting a replacement phone for a long time due to the amount o damage my previous had taken while I've been at work, and once I got my new phone I wanted to protect it for as long as I can. This case is amazing- it's pretty stiff hard material, and even dropping on the concrete at the parking deck is no match. Not even a scratch on the plastic yet, and I've dropped the phone 5 times. Very very happy with this purchase, getting the same case for my husband's phone!
