Great but wish the side pockets could hold a tumbler so if there's snacks in a zip lock alone, they're not smashed in the main compartment. Holds a lot of everything! A tumbler, 8 granola and breakfast bars, 2 sandwiches, 2 -3 standard Tupperware and more. As long as you know how to Tetris, your food will be in good condition when it's time for lunch. It's suitable for any gender. Insulation is good quality material too. Won't tear up by a rogue fork
