I bought it for a friend He was a little nervous to try at first to try not knowing how good/bad they might taste because he's a vegetarian and a picky eater on of that, so to help him out with trying new things and still getting all the good stuff that we need in our daily diet. He opened and enjoyed one as soon as it arrived and because it's been so cold where we are no need to wait for it to be chilled. He was surprised by how wonderful it tasted and thanked me many times over for getting them.

This is a lot better than I expected. I am a fitness professional but I also have hashimotos so I can't have dairy. I've tried many dairy free protein shakes and this one is the best taste. The only thing I don't like is the added sugar. That is a minus. It's only 4grams but can we use stevia instead? It is very smooth. There is no grit which I was shocked about. Perfect for those who are on glp-1 or need extra protein and can't fathom eating more chicken. It's this! Easy to bring with you as well.

Yay! Truly lactose-free

I bought these protein shakes because they are lactose-free. I am not a fan of powdered protein. Premade ones that are lactose-free or plant based are not always easy to find or they are too pricey. These hit on both for me. I am lactose intolerant and I can tell you for sure that these protein shakes are in fact lactose-free. They taste good and have a smooth texture. I do not notice an aftertaste, but I am not that sensitive to them. I prefer the chocolate the best.
