I was a bit apprehensive about this TV when I saw the price. thanks to another review I saw I decided to go ahead and pull the trigger. I couldn't be happier with this TV it's actually used for my PlayStation 5 because I prefer TV so my gaming over monitors. this TV has a great picture pretty good sound and it's just a great TV if you're on the fence just do it. don't let the price stop you.

They sold me a broken tv and won't replace it

I am very disappointed in how this tv came to me broken. I've reached out to customer service and they said that I would get an email within 48 hours telling me how to return it as I tore up the packaging prior to testing the tv and that a company would be reaching out to me to pick it up. I've heard nothing since then and it's been 5 days. I am unsatisfied with the customer service I've received and I can't believe they sold me a broken tv or maybe it got broken during shipping, I don't know but I do know that I've now paid for a tv that does me no good. I hope they see this and it motivates them to make it right!!

A fee to activate my new tv REALLY You been warned

First off I like the actual tv , What do not like is that xumo wants me to activate the tv to use it. What no one told me was activation fee is a onetime $29.95 activation charge, and then the smart features would be active. Then the standard activation would last me 5 years and I would have to do it all over again minus the activation fee. But there is also a life time activation price , I cut the man off before I heard the price. I said so I just paid 118.00 for a tv ad you want me to pay you to use it. He said they all do it now , I said I would hook up a fire stick and he said it would never work right, and then he hung up on me. ( so rude). So now I am contemplating whether or not I am going to return it to Walmart, or see if the fire stick will work, It did work hooking up to hdmi1, So good luck and you have been warned this is an honest review. The picture quality is excellent with the fire stick so I am still debating on returning it, I am using in our home gym and not watching all the time .
