Had a hard time setting this up to charge correctly because the instructions weren't clear. I had to contact their customer service for assistance and they were very helpful. Now that I know how to work this, I have no complaints. It fully charged my battery with no issues.

Hook it up and forget it

Does a great job, just hook it up and forget it. It keeps the batteries fresh on my cars which don't get enough use.
