I actually don't have a problem with the product, but with purchasing items from Walmart that come from Walwish. When these items didn't arrive by the promised date, I contacted Walmart and was told that they were obviously lost and that they would refund my money. I subsequently bought pillow covers from Amazon. Ten days later, the package from Walmart arrived, and I immediately contacted Walmart to find out how to return it. I was told that because I had already been refunded, the pillow covers were mine to keep, so I bought more pillow inserts so I could use these covers. A week later, I received a message from Walmart that I would need to pay for the items if not returned. I again did a chat with a customer service representative and was told that I didn't need to return the items or pay for them. Seven days later, I was recharged for the items, and when I contacted Walmart, they put me in touch with Walwish, who told me I HAD to return the items AND pay for the shipping to return. This is absolutely horrible customer service and completely unethical. NEVER again will I buy from Walwish through Walmart.
