A Good Soul Food!!!

Eating tigernuts brought back a wave of nostalgia for me. As someone who grew up in Nigeria, the benefits of tigernuts can ot be overemphasized! It's healthy and easy snack to grab and go. The flour from tigernuts can be used to make pancakes, bread and more. This is truly keto friendly! The nutritional values are immense. Good for your digestive system. Try tigernuts today and you will be glad you did. The shipping was fast and packaging was great!!! So happy I can add this to my grocery list!!!

So good!

These are delicious! Easy to grab and go and super healthy too. They taste even better when you soak them, it's a whole different flavor. I have not complaints. Will definitely be purchasing again!
