I'm not a big gummies fan. In fact, I really dislike them. However, my doctor recommended these for fiber supplements since I wasn't able to get fiber from food. I bought an orange flavor and a mixed berry flavor. I really like the orange flavor and didn't mind the gummies so much I looked forward to taking them daily. I'm on the berry flavor now and now know I prefer the orange flavor. It's been a nice change from swallowing pills.

if your backed up or just constipated i highly recommend this. it helps me and i have bad constipation issues. it works great helping if your on zempound shots or any meds that can cause bad constipation. works great with sane brand powder stool softner. together same time same day i went poop hour later little bit of diahrea but later back to normal. but only does this if you take both the stool softener and this fiber gummy. but if you constipated bad or more than 2 days constipated you need to do both otherwise just this gummy perrect for regular constipation. good texture and good taste too.
