This is, overall, a great option for an affordable case that looks fun and keeps your phone safe if you do it often like I do. If that is your primary factor, buy one. BUT, if you use a phone holder in your car that grips the phone by the sides around midway up, this one is not for you. The case is slick and the bottom button cover does not stick out far enough to prevent the heavy phone from slipping down while you're driving. If you hit a bump after a few minutes of very gradual slippage, the side grip will bounce that button 5 times and prepare too call 911 for you if you don't notice and touch "cancel" quickly enough. But hey, at least you'll get to make a 911 operator laugh. z I've temporarily fixed the issue by adding a textured sticker on the side under the button while I wait on a replacement to arrive, so if you've already purchased one and have the same issue that's a quick patch.
