I have the X8 still, but I was eyeing the X10 for years so I waited until a sale. I wanted this model for the automatic emptying (can be loud like the old school vacuum volume) and better obstacle maneuvering. Haven't tried the mop function yet. (need to get the solution first) I also think the obstacle snapshot feature has been turned off which I was looking forward to but not a dealbreaker. I like the sleek white design and how the charging dock has weight and doesn't move around. Happy with my purchase. 💕

I have 3 dogs in the home and the eufy X10 Pro Omni has no issues getting all the dog hair. The brush does not get tangled, nor does anything get clogged. The mop does an equally excellent job as the vacuum! This is one of the best purchases I've made and worth every penny.
