I received the towels and straight out of the package they were soft and the color was vibrant. Before I used the towels, I followed the washing and drying directions to the letter. At the completion of washing and drying I was very disappointed. The vibrant color had faded some, the towel appeared to have shrunken (a little), and the towel began to unravel in spots. (see pics) I am very very disappointed and will not ever purchase from this company ever again.

-First and foremost only 1 likable thing was COLOR. Aside from the color the material literally felt like my Moms kitchen paper rolls. The fact that it's listed as extra large if I'm not mistaken makes me cringe the most because it's my biggest pet peeve when towels are too small so you have to put your back against the wall to avoid a locker room fail after a cold swimming session. Maybe to indians it genuinely feels like it's larger than the average Americans.
