The bicycles came one box were damaged, missing screws and a dent in one defenders the second bike came box intact. All the screws were there, but it had a dent in the chain cover over all the bikes, a good bike. The plastic baskets were both shaped abnormally don't know why maybe due to heat I would buy this product again.
