Not as expected

This purchase was to replace an earlier pair. The design of the sole is very different and does not have the convex profile of earlier models. Is less comfortable and now almost in distinguishable from a normal pair of sneakers. Lost, for me, the reason to buy this product.

Love the shoe hate the length of the shoelace. It is much shorter than my previous pair. How can a get a longer shoelace for each of the 2 pairs of shoes I bought? Would love to change to a 5 rating, ir the shoelaces were longer.
