Best dairy free mozzarella out there!

I bought this and the Violife mozzarella at the same time. We opened them up and did a side-by-side taste test. This one was far superior. The texture is creamy and it has the best flavor of any dairy free mozzarella I’ve tried. My teenage son who hates all things vegan tried them both. He hated the Violife, but when he tasted this one, he literally said, “Yum! It tastes like real cheese.” Finally a dairy free cheese I love!

Plant based did it again

so plant-based cheese is always iffy. but as soon as you open the bag you can smell mozzarella cheese It even tastes like mozzarella cheese The only difference is the texture it's a little more dry than actual mozzarella cheese but it's still delicious and a great product
