Missing pieces

These frames shipped with no styrene front cover. Ordered with styrene so I could use the frames but still can't use them because all I received was a frame and the cardboard backing. Needing to chase down half my order, after my previous order that also had styrene damage and needs replacing, really makes me question why I wouldn't just pay more for a complete experience elsewhere.

Frames arrived with glass broken - poor packaging

Hello, ordered 3 frames and two of them came with the glass broken in several pieces. Also, one of the frames has an ugly, large saw burn on on, which totally changed the look and color of the frame. Very disappointed in the way we received this order.
