I bought this as the regular briefs I was using cut into the top of my leg and I had a rash from the heat. Once I received these in the mail and started wearing them, the rash went away. I was using some medication on the rash. Now after using the medication and wearing these every day, I have quit using the meds. The rash has disappeared and doesn't appear to be returning. They are more comfortable that I thought they would be. I may go back to my regular briefs in the winter, but in the summer these are definitely my favorite briefs. They wash well and do not grow, they stay put. I am 5' 9" and weigh 240, I purchased size 10 which is what I normally wear.

So glad that I ordered these. It is so hard to find under garments that are comfortable and fit well also. These really fit the bill. I wish I could find them in an actual store and not have to order on line. I cannot find the slip shorts in store only the briefs. The slip shorts are great.
