I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS SUPPORT FOR BACK AND HELP WITH SLIMMING DOWN. I USE MINE WHEN I GO WALKING BECAUSE MY LOWER BACK AND HIPS HURT AND WHEN I WEAR THIS IT HELPS GREATLY AND I CAN WALK A LITTLE FURTHER, AND THAT’S MORE EXCERSICE TO GETTING HEALTHY.
