We loved the experience and product with the exception that it arrived with a kickstand that was missing a piece and not working. Veloz responded very promptly to our email. After providing their requested information, said they would ship us a new kickstand out. It's been over a month and now they won't respond to me. Turned my experience around completely. Completely disappointed with them as sellers and do not recommend
