This item was priced lower than a lot of comparable exterior patio sets. I saw why immediately after putting it together. It was easy assembly; I'll give it that. But the item is small. Like much smaller than I expected. The rear back rest doesn't even come up to your mid back. The pieces don't fit together nicely (it looks terrible in an "L" shape. The "L" curve went the wrong direction so It didn't fit our patio the way we were anticipating. The worst part are the cushions. They are thin and very cheap and it's like sitting on a stack of cardboard. This item was inexpensive, so I take responsibility in the fact that I should have realized it was going to be a substandard product, but I didn't think it was built for people who are 5'1" and shorter, and don't mind sitting on thin padding.

The set came with multiple imperfections in the wicker material—including the coating being removed and revealing the white underneath. I could tell from the first few days of using it that the cushions will need flipped regularly so that they don't end up being flat or misshapen. A plank on the table came warped and therefore is not flush. Because the material is water resistant, the cushions are very slippery and don't stay in place easily. Had I seen this in person before buying—I would not have bought it. Wanted to return it, but we could not really afford anything nicer and felt that if we ordered a different set from another company, we may have a similar experience-since they all looked so much alike to begin with. After much back and forth, we finally decided upon a discount from the company, but honestly it should have been higher.
