Disappointed

I ordered my usual size, and it fits everywhere except in the chest. It is way too tight! If I went to wear it, I can only wear it with a blazer over it. Also, I hung it up immediately after removing from the washing machine, but it was already wrinkled. If this blouse had been big enough in the chest, I would love it, but it just doesn't fit right.
