This is a glass bottle, so keep in mind that it will not hold ice long-term, like some of the metal containers out there. It works very well and has great functionality.

I use this for my daily iced tea in the summer. I make the tea in a pitcher, and then transfer it. I wanted glass because tea can make a bottle yucky if you can't see its residue building up. The glass allows me to see that, so that I wash it out regularly. The wide mouth allows me to easily add ice. I have no interest in using a straw, so I got rid of the bamboo lid. The other lid is useful because it features a smaller drinking lid.
