Bad service

Brought shirt as birthday gift big and tall 4x. Notice shipping cost contacted Wal-Mart customer service. They could explain the charge. I contacted this seller with question about shipping cost. Their response "dose the post office charge you for shipping" ? I expected them to explain what customer service couldn't. Not answer a question with a question. This really speaks value about this company. No care about there service to customer alone as we keep buying. The many low reviews. I will start checking now before ordering. And noticing walmart not breaking ties with those who don't share customer service views. I strongly recommend Do not buy this company no matter how cheap. Read the many reviews before me.
