The chair in good looking, assembly was easy and overall it appears to be a decent chair, but it is simply too small for my 5'9" / 220 lbs. body. I'm not tall, but the arm height is far too low for my slightly longer than normal torso. I got short legs, 30" inseam, but a long torso and long arms so the chair is uncomfortable. I can't comment regarding the massage feature cause I only tested once to ensure it worked, but due the chair being uncomfortable the massage function testing was limited to 10-15 minutes long before I pushed the chair aside to resume using my old and worn out chair that I initially intended to replace. I will sell, at big time discount, this brand new chair to someone that will fit better in it. So, anybody wants a brand new chair that has less than an hour or so sitting time here's a chair at a remarkable price that has been fully assembled.

I ordered 2 of these and they are quite expensive for office chairs,but wanted massage.The charger on one was dead,so couldn't even work the massager.I couldn't imagine sitting in this all day in my office,uncomfortable %26 the arms feel as if they are gonna break off.The massager is loud %26 annoying %26 not very enjoyable. Can't even feel the neck. Wonder if I can get a plug in so my husband can use the other one?
