Very disappointed

Ok...1st, the coat I ordered was not what I received, the coat I had ordered was suppose to be a tan color an received a burgundy color...I was buying this coat to wear on a trip to NYC at Christmas an as there was not time to reorder I decided to take this coat... And, when I did wear the coat the color bled over the white cuffs and lining...I know I have more to say about this...Im just so upset about the whole thing..
