All pieces were well-labeled. Desk was easy to assemble. It took a couple of hours. I needed help with the desktop bc it was heavy. Desk looks very nice and is very functional. Drawers are a little hard to open but are soft close. I drilled through one place on the desk. They give you stickers to hide mistakes. I got it on sale. The price was hard to beat.

Love the desk. The only issue is the legs under the drawers are poorly designed as far as their attachment to the desk. The particle board is too soft and all three legs have failed. I was able to reattach and brace them with metal brackets.

Very disappointed in the quality of this desk!

I purchased this desk for my older adult parents, so I did most of the assembly myself with assistance from my father. So, I started and came back a week and a half later to finish. While most furniture nowadays is made cheaply, I had slightly higher expectations because of it being from Better Homes %26 Gardens. I'm so disappointed at the quality of this desk. Parts of the wood on the desk is warped, so it's now connecting properly. Along with the wood having in the instructions places to drill but on the actual desk, it was missing the necessary holes to do so. Because of that, it was a nightmare to put together. It's an “aesthetically pleasing” desk with a beautiful detail on the drawers, but I would NOT recommend it. But if you do purchase, make sure to get the protection plan. I did and I'm hoping it can help rectify the issue.
