I bought this as a backpack for my son to wear when he is out riding his bicycle. He bikes for fun about 26 miles when he rides. He also wears this backpack when he goes to work each day. He absolutely loves it and says it is comfortable, and large enough to hold all his water bottles and gatorade. He also puts his bike helmet in it when he is not riding and it is empty. It is large, and it has many pockets on the outside to be able to hold your phone, your wallet, or any other items that you may need to take with you but not have on your body. Would highly recommend this to anyone!
