The patio is cheaply made and comes with so many attachments that the overall structure is weak. The worst part is, we had a missing part and contacted customer service they jerked us around and till today I have one unusable chair. I asked for a return and did not hear nothing. I am going through Walmart and ask for a full refund. This company is a joke.

It's certainly not what we were expecting. We weren't looking for anything fancy, this is definitely not. But what makes this set so unappealing in particular, is the actual design of the furniture. The back is too short and the seat is lower than our previous furniture (basically the same height as the table that came with it). Walmart said there was a 30-day return, and we attempted to send it back within that period, but the company (UDPATIO) would charge us a 20% restocking fee, and, they said if the packaging came back damaged, they would not accept it back and you lose your money and your refund. So, basically, you're to blame for any handling problems during the return! Might add that the boxes came with holes and bulges when delivered. Not a company to be trusted. Lessons Learned: %231: Avoid 3rd party companies when possible, especially if there is any possibility of returns. If Walmart is not prepared to support you, look elsewhere. %232: Make sure you understand the return policy, if third, party, and if you can find it. NOTE TO WALMART, you know this an issue and you should make sure details are readily visible. Do more homework on the items, especially the return policy and see %231 above. If you can't get what information you need, avoid it. I do not recommend this company or their products, primarily because of their customer service, which is what the rating is based on, but also, because their product didn't meet our satisfaction.
