I gave this 5 stars for quality plus excellent customer service. Very nice leather look fabric, very easy to put together too. Four screws with an Allen wrench in each leg. Lots of storage. We bought two ottomans to place by our large front window for our dog to sleep on and survey his property.

The Shay Ottoman completes the look for my SunRoom

Because of the excellent quality, I gave Shay 5 stars. Very nice leather-like material with a very soft feel, which surprised me because I expected a rougher feel. The Shay was literally completely assembled; all that remained was to attach the legs, which could be done with four screws and an Allen wrench. There is a lot of storage capacity, which was a pleasant surprise because I had forgotten about it. I bought an ottoman to put in my sunroom near my large front window so I could nap on a nice sunny day here in North Carolina.
