Mixed feelings about these chairs in regard to assembly versus final product. Concerning assembly, they are VERY difficult to assemble due to the breakage and shirring of screws. We did NOT over-tighten the screws by using an electric drill, they were tightened by hand. Also there were not any additional screws included in case there was an issue. Thankfully my husband had screws on hand that he could use to finish the assembling process. This is also not a single person assembly because of needing a second person to hold pieces together. Now the good part: once completed, the chairs are great. They look pretty, sit comfortably, are heavy and were a great price. Hoping they will last a long time as they are inside our covered porch/patio and not exposed to the elements. Final analysis, assembly: rating of 3; completed chair: rating of 5; overall rating of 4. Great chair, but you need patience to put them together.

when i placed the order for the 4 chairs i assumed that i would be charged 1 shipping fee which i thought 40.00 was fair, but.... i was charged 40.00 twice as if it was 2 orders. all 4 chairs arrived at the same time , the same day on the same truck, so i don't feel like it was fair to be charged 80.00 for shipping. Over all the chairs aer nice looking and sturdy after the hours of assembly time. and i would buy them again, but not from the dealer.
