|3 ratings

Key item features

  • Hardness Elevation: This 8 lb Robelle Calcium Hardness Increaser effectively raises the water hardness levels in pools.
  • Corrosion Prevention: It actively prevents corrosive water conditions that can arise from low calcium hardness.
  • Surface Protection: The product safeguards your pool's surface, preventing issues like staining or etching.
  • Optimal Range: It is specifically designed for use when calcium hardness levels fall below the recommended range of 200-400 ppm.
  • Equipment Safeguard: By increasing hardness, it helps to prevent "soft water" from corroding pool equipment and etching pool plaster.
  • Stain Deterrent: Utilizing this increaser can help to avoid metallic stains that can occur due to insufficient calcium hardness.
  • Dosage Guidance: To increase hardness by approximately 50 ppm, 6.25 lbs of the product should be added per 10,000 gallons of pool water.
