Fitbit Charge 6 Fitness Tracker with Heart Rate, GPS, Premium Membership, Health Tools - Porcelain/Silver

This does a great job of tracking my workout heart rate and sleep. It gives you a summary of your sleep score and helps you manage your workout intensity by measuring hrv and sleep. Although I've heard that these devices aren't as accurate as people think they are, it at least gives you an idea of where you're at, and advice for newbie exercisers. There are many other features, like google email alerts, wallet and maps, that I don't use, but others may find useful.

had this for a little bit now and it is great. the only problem I ever have is that it occasionally disconnects from my phone and I have to go through the reconnection process. The battery life is great and I usually just charge it in my car driving in between work. I would definitely recommend it to anybody, especially for the price and the functionality
