Great Value Organic Chick Pea Garbanzo Beans, 15 oz Can

I always keep a few cans of organic garbanzo beans in my pantry. Great Value brand is the best price and equal quality compared to other brands. I add these to salads, use them in hummus, and even toast them with some added oil, salt and paprika for an amazing snack.

This is a very good can of beans. I usually buy dried beans. Walmart's great value dried Garbanzo beans are as good as the expensive online farm beans but for a fraction of the cost. I got this can of beans as a substitute for the dried as they're frequently sold out. I'm glad that I tried these. They're not as good as cooking from dried beans but they are really good. Much better than the regular Great Value Garbanzo beans. I didn't think "organic " would be different from the regular can of beans but it is. The texture is better. The taste is better. So "organic" by Walmart is not just a marketing gimmick for charging more. Walmrt Organic beans really do taste better.
