SAFAVIEH Armando 18''H Wicker Dining Chair White Washed

The chairs arrived with 1 broken leg and another section that the internal hole was missing a receiver for the bolt. Also missing 3 bolts and washers. The holes did not line up properly on 1 chair and that one had to be drilled. After detailing the parts missing to customer service I was told they would be shipped by the manufacturer. Later received an email detailing that NO parts would ship from the manufacturer and the chairs only come in sets of 2. Customer service then worked with me to resolve my missing / damaged chair parts. The chairs are very nice but not sure they are worth all the effort involved.

Chairs are nice but maybe not worth the effort involved. Ordered total 4 chairs. One arrived with a broken leg piece and another had the internal hole missing the part needed to receive the bolt. Also missing 3 bolts and washers. One of the chairs the holes did not line up properly and my husband had to drill. So ended up with 3 complete chairs of the 4 shipped. Customer service filled out the form for the manufacturer to ship the parts needed. Later received an email stating the manufacturer Safavieh will not ship parts needed. Chairs are not available in box of 1 so we now have to receive another box of two and ship one back. Seems like a totally inefficient solution rather than ship the 3 bolts/washers E1 and E2 and two specified chair sections parts B1 and B3. If this is the way companies operate they need new materials managers to coordinate issues like this. I am retired but available. Hayneedle customer service was very cooperative and helpful,
