Back side has a strap allowing you to attach it to your wheeled carry on piece. This makes the perfect bag fro overnight trips and the small size fits undernear most airline seats allowing you to carry on your bag even when overhead bins are full. Measures 15"H x 14"w x 9"L (interior dimension 8"x13"x8").
