Upgraded to this and I am pleased with the quality. I also liked that both front and rear video have timestamp, direction and speed information; I can hear audio even from rear video. Video quality is clear but license plate can be hard to be read at night from front camera unless it's close by and away from the headlights (not the camera fault- see the 2 pictures); license plate is easier to be read from the rear camera.

Best Dashcam in this Price Segment

The video quality in the front is very impressive and I have been using it to record footage during road trips. I also love the back camera option which works very well for potential proof during rear collision situations. It has a lot of features, including good night vision, control and viewing with phone through app/wifi. The parking monitor feature sounds impressive and can be enabled with some additional tools (to be purchased) if needed. I am super happy with my purchase - it was an easy DIY install, and love the free 32 GB memory card that was included with it! Would definitely recommend :)

Worth the buy

The dash cam is becoming my new favorite thing. I love the quality of the image and it also records the conversation in the car. Not just that it has build in gps so it tells you exact coordinates and time and speed at which I’m driving. I love rewatching it all though it does record over it so it’s huddle free. I wasn’t sure what I was getting into when I bought it but it’s my favorite now.
