I wear a 3x I'm 270 and 5'4. big belly. the 2x fit a tax snug but they're stretchy enough that after wearing a bit especially if sweating or anything this material tends to stretch throughout the day so if you want them to fit a without getting a tax saggy I agree size down one. it's so hard finding bottoms that have stretch that are stretchy jean like material and not just bicycle or leggings type ESPECIALLY WITH POCKETS! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THES. I'll be buying more as they come available.
