Rip Off!

I ordered (2) of these spark plugs in which the description states is a ?pack of 6? for a total of 12 spark plugs. They shipped me a single (1) spark plug even though the invoice lists a quantity of two. One would think I would have at least received two spark plugs. I?ve reached out on two separate occasions to try and resolve this issue to without any success.
