Frames - dissapointment

After seeing the options on Amazon, I spoke with one of your representatives. Helpful fellow, however after receiving my frames, I'm disapointed these have somewhat poorly cut cardboard backing and the clips to secure are lower quality than I'd expect. I planned to order another dozen frames but will not go with these same ones I ordered.

Great frame

Great quality frame but the glass had a small chip in the corner and attaching the hanging hardware was very difficult as the wood was very firm. It would have been really nice to have the bracket pre-attached.
