Just right for a night time snack.

My husband and I are elderly and have our main meal at noon. He is diabetic so we can'tjust have a big meal and then skip supper. We have found that having this yogurt around 5:30 or 6 with a half glass of glucerna is plenty to sustain him all night with no low morning blood sugars. I can eat anything but I enjoy this same for supper. but sometimes I add a a piece of toast with peanut butter or a dish of cottage cheese.

Just said that they broke due to the packaging when the gentlemen put it in the car, the packaging was literally hanging out of the package. I believe he should've had put them in, but he did it, but it's OK. The packaging used to be more secured due to the fact that the packaging is smaller than the item.

We all know that Yoplait isn't what's considered a “healthy” yogurt. But for our purposes, it's great. I've got an adult daughter with autism and is a picky eater due to textures and I'm always looking for ways to get some extra calories in for her. It's thick enough to not be runny, the spoon stands upright in the cup. There's no big pieces of fruit..there are small ones, she's ok with that. She likes the flavors and will finish a whole cup as a snack.
