Quality at affordable prices

I purchased my first pair of Jib XT by mistake. I thought they were JBLs but snagged these instead. I didn't notice until I got home and was actually impressed. I have bought two other pairs since. It would have been three, but I got the wired type instead... it's these grandchildren that drive me crazy! Definitely recommend and have added them to my favs. Thanks again, Walmart and Skullcandy. A Mixed Bag

When I bought these, I expected there to be a bit more drawbacks than expected. However, for the price, these don't seem that bad. There are still issues however. The specialized ear pieces tend to irritate me more than help, so I decided to take them off. Also, I really dislike how the headset will constantly disconnect and reconnect randomly when not in use. It's not a Bluetooth issue either, as it even disconnets even when it's very close to my phone. But at least it doesn't do that when I'm listening to something. The charger is really weird, as not only is it Micro USB (in 2025, really?), but it doesn't even seem compatible with any of the charger heads I have. Having to dig for a compatible charger for charging is unacceptable and must be changed. As for positives, the buttons don't seem like they'll break as easily as my old pair of headphones, the sound quality is good for the price, and the battery life seems better than what was listed. Then again, I don't use these too often so perhaps it may vary for someone who uses them often. Overall, for a substitute, fill in headphones, these aren't bad until you get better ones.
